Who hauls your dumpster
A Local Abilene Hauler With Its Own Trucks
When you call, you reach the team that moves your dumpster. We don't hand your order to another company.
Own branded roll-off trucks and professional drivers, based in Abilene.
Is Zack Bros a dumpster broker or a hauler?
Zack Bros Dumpster Rental is a hauler, not a broker. Our own branded roll-off trucks and our own drivers deliver and pick up every dumpster from our Abilene yard. The person who answers your call books the truck, so there is no middleman between your order and your driveway.
Many dumpster websites that rank for Abilene take your order and pass it to whichever local company has a truck free. That is why renters get transferred, wait on hold, or see a size or price they didn't expect. With a direct hauler, the quote, the delivery and the bill all come from the same place.
What do you get in writing on every rental?
Every rental comes with the size, 7 rental days, the included tons and the $75 per ton overage rate stated up front. After pickup you get the certified landfill scale ticket with your invoice, emailed 3 to 5 business days later, so you can check the exact weight you paid for.
- Size confirmed before dispatch, so the right dumpster shows up.
- Call-ahead: the driver texts or calls 20 to 30 minutes before arriving.
- Wood boards under the steel rails on driveways to prevent cracks and scratches.
- Weight billed by the pound from the landfill's digital ticket, never rounded up to the next ton.
- Next-day delivery when you book by 3:00 PM.

Where do our trucks go?
Our trucks cover Abilene and towns within about 80 miles, across 17 counties of West Central Texas. That reaches Sweetwater and Snyder to the west, Ballinger and Coleman County to the south, Cisco and Breckenridge to the east, and Haskell to the north.
Some towns limit who can place roll-offs inside city limits, including Abilene for non-construction trash. Each service area page lists the local rule and the nearest landfill, so you know before you book.
