A roofing job is the clearest case: shingles can't go to the station at all. See the roofing dumpster sizes.

Can you put a dumpster at a Lake Cisco lot?

We deliver to Lake Cisco, about four miles north of town, when the lot has firm, level ground and a straight approach for the truck. Lake Cisco lots are leased from the City, so check your lease rules on containers before delivery day.

Lake lot lessees can also buy a $50, 30-day convenience station permit for small loads. For a cabin gut or dock tear-out, a 15 or 20-yard dumpster is faster. Sources: City of Cisco convenience station page; Texas Water Development Board Lake Cisco.

Do you need a permit for a dumpster in Cisco?

We found no published dumpster or right-of-way permit on the City of Cisco's site as of October 21, 2026, and no rule limiting private roll-offs. Keep the dumpster on your driveway or lot, and call City Hall at (254) 442-2111 before using the street.

City Hall is at 500 Conrad Hilton Blvd. See driveway space by size.

Cisco dumpster questions

Is a 40-yard available in Cisco?

The 40-yard dumpster, about 22 × 7.5 × 8 ft, goes anywhere in Cisco for demolitions and large builds. Its included weight and rental days are set on your quote, and concrete still goes in a 10 or 15-yard.

Where can I take old tires in Cisco?

The convenience station refuses tires. The City's 2026 clean-up on April 25 set out a tire trailer for 5 tires per household; outside those events, tires can go in our dumpster for $50 each.

Can I wait for Cisco's monthly bulk pickup?

Cisco's bulk pickup runs the last Friday of the month, with requests by the Monday before. It suits a few large items; a remodel or full cleanout fits a roll-off.

What size dumpster for insulation and drywall from a Cisco remodel?

Insulation and drywall are bulky but light. Two or three rooms usually fit a 15-yard dumpster; a whole-house remodel fits a 20-yard with 3 tons included.

Do you also serve Eastland and Ranger?

We serve Ranger and rural Eastland County. Inside Eastland city limits, the City permits only Waste Connections roll-offs.

Cisco residents already pay for the station, so when is a roll-off still worth it?

Cisco water and sanitation customers pay a $5 monthly surcharge for unlimited yard waste, household refuse and construction waste from their billed property at the convenience station. A roll-off is still worth it when the job has shingles, insulation or paint, when a hired crew is working, or when trailer runs eat the week.

The station also closes in bad weather and needs a water bill and matching photo ID each trip. A dumpster stays on your driveway for the whole rental, and the driver texts or calls 20 to 30 minutes before arriving. For a whole-house gut, start with the 20-yard; for a demolition, the 40-yard takes the bulk, with its tons and days set on your quote.
